Ticketing & Reservation Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic Ticketing & Reservation Executive to join our growing team! If you have a keen eye for detail, love delivering excellent customer service, and are skilled in GDS systems — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ticket reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to fares, schedules, and seat availability.
• Ensure accuracy of customer details and booking confirmations.
• Provide support via email, chat, and phone for both travel agents and direct passengers.
• Manage payment transactions and process refunds when necessary.
• Handle escalations and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in ticketing and reservations within the travel or airline industry.
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all booking processes.
