Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and empathetic Student Visa Consultants to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote-friendly opportunity for individuals passionate about helping students pursue global education.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through the end-to-end visa application process.
• Handle student queries professionally across email, phone, and video.
• Review and prepare required documentation for various study destinations.
• Provide updated, accurate information on visa requirements and policies.
• Maintain records via internal platforms (CRM, ClickUp).
• Follow ethical practices and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experience in student visa consultation or education advisory is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is a bonus.
• A professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of international student visa processes.
• Tech-savvy and open to learning.
