About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the implementation of our digital marketing strategy to help the M.M. Noorbhoy brand grow its online presence. You’ll work closely with various teams to execute campaigns, drive lead generation, and engage with our audience across digital channels to build strong customer connections.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will:

• Support the Marketing Manager in executing internal and external campaigns.
• Develop engaging photo and video content for digital platforms.
• Manage content calendars and publish across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Cover company events, product features, and behind-the-scenes stories to strengthen brand identity.
• Design and run targeted digital campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, traffic) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring consistent digital branding.
• Collaborate with internal departments to source and share relevant stories and visuals.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Strong creative, visual, and written communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
