We are a rapidly growing BPO and global outsourcing company providing end-to-end customer support, back-office, and e-commerce solutions for international clients. As we expand globally, we’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to design, execute, and scale performance-driven strategies that attract and convert clients worldwide.

Role Overview

Lead digital strate
gy across multiple channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing international campaigns, delivering measurable results, and scaling B2B/B2C acquisition through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute multi-channel strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, Email) to generate qualified leads and boost conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns targeting key markets (US, UK, EU, Asia-Pacific).
• Drive SEO and content marketing to improve organic visibility for outsourcing and e-commerce keywords.
• Oversee the company website and landing pages to optimize UX, conversion rates, and messaging.
• Partner with sales to align marketing with revenue goals and pipeline targets.
• Analyze performance data and deliver reports on ROI, CPA, CPL, and CTR.
• Build marketing automation and lead-nurturing workflows to convert prospects into clients.
• Monitor competitor strategies and stay ahead of global BPO/outsourcing trends.
• Grow a professional social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn.

Requirements
• 3+ years as a Digital Marketing Manager (or similar) in BPO, outsourcing, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record in lead generation and ROI-focused global campaigns.
• Expert with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Strong command of SEO, SEM, and automation tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and optimization skills.
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Marketing.
• Experience in marketing outsourcing, e-commerce, or customer support services.
• Knowledge of global digital trends and international B2B lead funnels.
