Senior Relationship Officer – Business Banking

Job Profile:

• Enhancing the current portfolio as per targets through a systematic approach to present SME customer base
• Take over the relationship & ensure that the customers are attended and ensure that all required documentation is accurate & completed
• Ensure high standard of service is delivered
• Increase trade and bank commissions, and foreign exchange from the SME portfolio allocated
• Ensure timely follow up of temporary excesses approved by the Manager/ Senior Manager

Special Skills:

• Knowledge in KYC, AML procedures and Current account operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge in computer and office packages
• Knowledge in basic Banking operations related to cash and cheque facilities

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Bank, Finance or Service Industry with the exposure to Sales and Marketing/Relationship Management

OR

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Bank, Finance or Service Industry with the exposure to Sales and Marketing/Relationship Management
• A part qualification in Banking Or CIM/CIMA or 1 year of a 3 year degree program
